Study on the Teaching Ability of Free-tuition Normal Students

摘要 教师的教学能力直接影响着教学的实效性,师范教育阶段是教学能力生成的基础性阶段,期间构建与生成的教学能力决定着初入职阶段教学工作的起点,影响着教师专业发展的方向与空间。本研究运用自编问卷对两所部属师范大学的1368名首届免费师范生的教学能力进行研究。研究发现,师范生在教学设计能力、实施能力以及反思与矫正能力三个维度的水平存在差异,性别、曾就读重点高中类型、高师专业排名、专业以及实习的区域因素影响师范生的教学能力。提升师范生教学能力最主要通过拓展教育实践课程内容、课程实施中重师范生个体群体差异,培育师范生的学习共同体以及加强教育教学实习指导三个方面展开。 Teaching ability affects the effect of teaching directly. Normal education stage is the beginning stage of formation of teaching ability. The teaching ability forming during the normal education, determines the jumping - off point of work, impacts the direction and space of professional development of teachers. In the study, the researcher exerts the questionnaire to study 1368 free - tuition normal students from two normal universities that are directly managed by the Ministry of Educa- tion. The data from the study shows that, there are differences among the free - tuition normal students' teaching ability in the teaching design, teaching performance and teaching reflection. The free - tuition normal students' teaching ability are different of different sex, the type of the senior high school that the normal ever studied in, ranking of programs, program and the area of teaching practice. As a conclusion, the study puts forward that we can promote normal students to improve their teaching ability from the four aspects : enlarging the content of educational practice curriculum ; paying attention to the individual differences of the normal students ; cultivating the study community; and strengthening the direction for the teaching practice.
