摘要
人的社会存在决定人的社会意识。不同时期知识分子的不同薪酬,不仅是作为他们创造性精神生产赖以实现的社会条件,同时也是反映其社会影响及历史命运的重要标志。本文主要以民国前期的大学教师薪酬为研究对象,概述了这一时期大学教师的薪酬制度,并与其他社会阶层进行了比较与分析,探讨了这一时期的大学教师如何以经济自主超越"权"的羁绊和"钱"的束缚,从而真正实现"独立之人格"和"自由之思想"。
Marxist historical materialism points out that a person＇ s social Existence determines his social Different salary at different times is not only as a social condition for intellectuals to produce creative spirit, which is also an important symbol that reflects intellectuals＇ social impact and historical destiny. Based on the study of university teachers＇ salary in the Earlier Stage of the Republic of China, this paper outlines the salary system of university teachers in this period and gives a comparative analysis with the other classes of society, exploring during this period how university teachers sur- pass the fetters of power and money with the economic autonomy, and realize the reality of ＂independent personality＂ and ＂freedom of thought. ＂
