国外教师培训研究现状述评:基于知识图谱分析 被引量:12

Review on International Teacher Training Research: A Knowledge-mapping-based Research

摘要 通过对2001-2010国外教师培训研究领域发表的1310篇相关文献进行了基于知识图谱的分析,考察了国外教师培训领域研究的概貌,揭示了国外本领域研究与实践的三个热点领域,并对国外教师培训的八个子领域进行了分析。在上述分析的基础上,提出了构建培训支持系统、扩展培训视野、培训项目设计考虑受训者实际情况及提升其信息素养等四个方面建议。 Based on the knowledge- mapping- analysis procedure, 1310 articles which published in 2001 -2010 from WoS are involved, present study explores the general aspects of teacher training research and practice. By this procedure, 3 hot - discussed fields are revealed. Besides, present study shed light on the 8 sub - fields of international teacher training area. Aiming to improve the efficiency of teacher training program, this paper raises 4 suggestions include constructing sup- port system while the training program is implementing, to broad the training perspective, put the real situation of trainees into training program and improving the information literacy of trainees.
