Controlled Clinical Observation of Treating Duodenal Ulcer with Zini Ulcer Decoction

[目的]观察自拟溃疡汤治疗十二指肠溃疡的疗效。[方法]将180例患者分为两组,治疗组100例采用自拟溃疡汤治疗,对照组80例口服雷尼替丁治疗。两组均以4周为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后进行疗效判定,部分治愈患者随访半年观察复发情况。[结果]治疗组总有效率96.00%,对照组总有效率80.00%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。[结论]自拟溃疡汤治疗十二指肠溃疡疗效满意。

[ Objective ] To observe effect of treating duodenal ulcer with Zini ulcer decoction. [ Methods ] 180 patients were divided into two groups, 100 cases in the treatment group with the Zini ulcer decoction treatment, 80 cases in the control group oral ranitidine treatment. The two groups were 4 weeks for 1 courses, 3 courses of treatment after therapeutic efficacy, partially cured patients followed up for half observed recurrence. [ Results ] The treatment group total effective rate 96.00%, control group total effective rate 80.00%, Clinical efficacy of the treatment group is superior to control group. [ Conclusion] Treating duodenal ulcer with Zini ulcer decoction has a good effect.
