摘要 为了满足航空新型配电技术的不断发展,基于固态配电和数字综合管理技术,设计了航空新型固态功率控制器;提出了以TMS320LF2407A作为控制器的智能固态控制器设计方案;用软件实现了原模拟SSPC的反时限保护功能模块,并实现了自检测、通道可编程、监测电源电压的稳定性等功能;并提出SSPC多通道板卡,提高了集成度更适应负载管理中心的使用;各种状态的试验结果表明该固态功率控制器可以准确快速通断,并提供全面的保护功能,大大提高了航空供电的可靠性。 Abstract: Based on solid--state power distribution and computer integrated management technology, this paper presents the new air- craft solid--state power controller (SSPC) in order to meet the air distribution technology unceasing development. A design solution Of the intelligent SSPC based on TMS320LF2407A is proposed. To achieve the original hardware SSPC inverse--time protection module by soft- ware programming, the method realize BIT, programmable, monitoring voltage stability and other funetions. And proposing the SSPC multi--channel board improves the integration degree to be more suitable for the use of load management center. All the experiments show that the SSPC can switch with accuracy and fast, providing all around protection. This can greatly improve reliability.
