摘要
为了提高石油公司对下属加油站库存的管理问题,设计了加油站库存信息采集与管理系统,系统分别由油罐液位仪、加油站管理主机和上级石油运营公司三级组成;油罐液位仪负责采集加油站各油罐内的油位并通过CAN总线发送给管理主机;管理主机接收来自各油罐监液位的数据,经过处理、统计分析、显示并存储到数据库ACCESS2003里;石油运营公司与加油站主机通过TCP/IP网络连接进行数据交互,获取各加油站的库存和销售速度等信息;经过对某加油站内8个椭圆型储油罐进行实验,得出了各油罐内传感器的输出电压、液位高度和剩余油量等数据,并且根据销售油速预测出了断油时间,能够达到及时油品配送的目的,避免断油事故的发生。
Abstract: In order to improve the inventory management of the oil companies for the subordinate gas stations, an inventory information collection and management system that composed of oil tank level devices, management computer and higher oi] operating company is de- signed. The oil tank level device is responsibTe for collecting the oil level from each tank and sending them to management computer through CAN bus. The management computer receives all the oil level data from tanks, and stores into database ACCESS2003 after processing, sta- tistics analysis and display. The oil operating company connects all the gas stations using TCP/TP network connection to exchange data, to get the gas station inventory and sales velocity and other information. Experiment on eight oval oil tanks of a Gas station works out the out- put voltage of the sensor in the tank, ievel height and the remaining oil and so on, and it predicts the time when the oil finishes that helps functional departments to know the inventory ~n real time for distributint~ oil in case nf exha,st arcitl^nt
