全国图书馆参考咨询联盟的创新性与实践研究

A Study of Innovation Practice on the National Library Reference Service Alliance

随着社会信息化和数字图书馆事业的发展,读者需求的不断变化,原有联合参考咨询服务模式不再适合形势发展的需要。为了解决这种情况,寻求更好的发展平台,在结合我国大多数图书馆均有使用读秀和百链检索平台的基础上,广东省立中山图书馆大胆创新,建成了全国图书馆参考咨询联盟平台。这一联盟的建成,在四个方面实现了创新,并且通过近一年的实践,取得了突出的社会效益,并在全国推广了文献资源共建共享的先进理念。

Abstract： With the social information processing and the develepment of digital library, the readers＇ needs for information have changed, so the model of the former United Collaborate Digital Reference Service is not suitable to the development needs. In order to explore much better service platform, based on the using of Duxiu and MedaLink in many Chinese libraries, Sun Yat-sen Library of Guangdong Province makes hold innovations and set up a national library reference service alliance, which has achieved innovations in four aspects, yielded remarkable social benefits, and spread the advanced concept of resource co-construction and sharing.
