在分析诸多相关文献的基础上,构建了图书馆参考咨询服务中知识转移影响因素和满足读者需要的知识转移成功过程的实证模型,利用该模型和结构方程分析方法,可以分析并验证图书馆参考咨询服务中对知识转移结果起作用的影响因素,从而对参考咨询服务工作起到实际指导意义。

Abstract： The established a the method of paper discussed the factors affecting knowledge transfer in library reference services and model based on library reference services according to former researches. Using the model and factors and the brary reference services, the paper analyzed and tested the effectiveness of the influence performance of knowledge transfer, to play a practical guide in library reference services.
