一种新型冻干骨材料的安全性初步评价

Primary safety evaluation of a novel freeze dried bone

摘要 目的:对一种新型掺锶冻干骨材料的安全性进行评价。方法:用离子交换方法制备掺锶冻干骨材料,制备浸提液,选择L929细胞通过MTT方法进行细胞毒性检验;应用小鼠进行体内植入,观察材料的异常毒性。结果:本实验制备的掺锶冻干骨材料锶元素含量为5.14%,细胞毒性评级为安全无毒级,小鼠体内实验未见异常毒性。结论:新型掺锶冻干骨材料是一种较为安全的新型骨替代材料。 Objective:To evaluate the safety of a novel Sr-incorporated freeze dried bone. Method: Ion exchange method was adopted to prepare Sr-incorporated freeze dried bone.After extraction, L929 cell was used to evaluate cytotoxicity by MTT method. The material was implanted into mouse and abnormal toxicity was then assayed. Result: The Sr density of the novel material is 5.14 %. Cytotoxicity of the material is ranked to nontoxic class and no abnormal toxicity effect was observed. Conclusion: Sr-incorporated freeze dried bone is a comparatively safe novel bone substitute.
