异种脱细胞真皮基质修复膜修复口腔黏膜组织术后缺损的临床疗效探讨

Heterogeneous acellular dermal matrix to repair film study on clinical effect of repairing after resecting oral mucosa

目的:观察评价异种脱细胞真皮基质在口腔黏膜术后缺损修复中的临床应用及效果。方法:随访2009年1月～2011年1月接受异种脱细胞真皮基质修复膜进行口腔黏膜组织术后缺损修复的33例患者的临床资料,分析术后的临床疗效并进行功能评价。结果:33例患者术后未见修复膜脱落,随访10～24个月所有患者黏膜缺损修复均获得成功,愈合良好。结论:应用异种脱细胞真皮基质修复膜早期覆盖黏膜创面,能促进创面愈合、减轻瘢痕形成,且简便实用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical application and effect of heterogeneous acellular dermal matrix in re- pairing of defects of oral mucosa after surgery. Method： In order to evaluated the clinical effects and the postoperative func- tion of patients with oral mucosal defects repaired with heterogeneous aceUular dermal matrix, a follow up observation was carried out for 33 cases of patients in our hospital form January 2009 to January 2011. Result： 33 patients were followed up for 10-24 months, the mean follow-up of 16 months： 33 cases of patients with mucosal defects were successful, no shedding membranes with good healing. Conclusion： The application of heterogeneous acellular dermal matrix for mucosa defects has the advantages of promoting wound healing, reducing scar formation and easy of use.
