摘要
随着电力调度自动化程度的不断提高,通道可靠性的增强以及变电站设备遥控功能的不断成熟完善,建立基于调度自动化监控与数据采集系统的全局无功电压优化集中控制系统己经成为可能。本文在分析和对比国内外无功优化研究情况的基础上,结合调度自动化系统的发展,开发了"农网电压及无功优化控制系统",最终达到全网电压无功优化运行控制的目的。
With the electric power dispatch enhancement,, it becomes possible to establish (monitor and data acquisition) the global situation reactive voltage optimization system based on dispatch automation SCADA.This paper analyzes and compares the domestic and foreign idle work optimization research, and develops the 'rural power network voltage and reactive power optimization control system.
