摘要
近年来社会产业结构不断调整,服务业所占比重不断提高,服务业的发展为服务供应链的兴起提供了机遇,学术界及企业界从对产品供应链的研究逐步过渡到了对服务供应链的研究;服务供应链是由功能型服务供应商、服务集成商、顾客组成的网络,其中服务集成商是整条链上的核心主体,对其的选择自然成为关键。本文从顾客的角度为服务集成商的选择建立评价指标体系,并利用自适应过滤法及多属性决策矩阵法对旅游服务集成商的选择进行了量化分析,这可为旅行社等服务集成商的决策层提供决策依据。
In recent years, the constant adjustment of social industry structure, and the steady increase of proportion of service industry have provided opportunity to the emerging of service supply chain. Academic circle and business circle have switched re- search focus to service supply chain from products supply chain; service supply chain is network that consist of functional service providers, service integrators, and customers, of which service integrators are core subject along the whole chain and selecting integrators has become key. This paper starts with building evaluation index system of selecting service integrators from the perspective of customers, applies adaptive filter method, and multiple attribute matrix method to conduct quantitative analysis on the selection of tourism service integrators, which provides the leaders of integrators like tourist agencies with de- cision making base.
