Characteristics of Risks and Design of Risk Analysis Index System for Automobile ABS Projects

由于汽车ABS总成研制项目自身所具有的研制周期长、技术难度高、系统比较复杂等特征,使其研制过程中风险众多,因此确定汽车ABS总成研制项目中风险的内涵并制定风险分析指标体系具有非常重要的意义。论文通过对汽车ABS总成研制项目的分析,细致讨论了项目研制中的各种风险源及其特征,并为汽车ABS总成研制项目制定出了可行的风险分析指标体系。

Automobile ABS project is characterized by long lead time, high technology difficulty, comphcated system and so on, which result in many risks within the lead time. Thus, it is quite significant to define nature of risks in the automobile ABS project and establish risk analysis index system. Based on the analysis of automobile ABS project, this paper makes detailed discussion various risk sources and their characteristics within the lead time and provides a feasible risk analysis index system for automobile ABS project.
