摘要
根据电阻加热原理,研制开发了一种钛合金热铆机,并进行了热铆性能测试。研究表明,该钛合金热铆机性能稳定,安全可靠,操作方便,实现了钛合金铆钉的快速热铆,提高了铆接质量。
A kind of hot riveting machine had been developped by the theory of resistance heating. And the machine？s performance of hot riveting also had been tested. The study results showed that the machine was steady, safe, rehable and maneuverable. And the efficient and top-quality hot riveting of Ti-alloy rivet was realized by the machine.
