摘要
目前根据市场评估,生产的质量流量控制器/计交付客户使用后会有较高的返修率,为了使产品性能稳定、可靠性高,设计了老化台。论文主要讲述了气体质量流量控制器/计老化台的原理以及软件实施方案,主要用于对产品的电磁调节阀、PCB电路板以及传感器三个主要部件进行老化。并可以实时监测产品的零点漂移,以便进行后续的数据分析和判断。经过实践证明,该老化台可使绝大多数产品工作在偶然失效期,并且降低了返修率,是行之有效的办法。
Because of the product of us has the high recall ratio base on the market evaluation. This aging equipment is designed to ensure the stabilization and the reliability of the MFC. This paper give the principles and the software about the aging equipment. It can aging the valve. PCB board and the sensor of the MFC. And the equipment can inspect the zero drift in order to judge the MFC. It testified that this aging equipment can lower the recall ratio and let the MFC work stabilize.
