摘要
介绍了液压剪扩器设计时基本参数的选取依据,并对其在工作中受最大剪切力和最大扩张力时,主要执行件的应力、应变及位移进行了相关工程分析,从而保证其在工作过程中的安全性和有效性,并为产品进一步的设计和改进提供了依据。
The paper introduces some basis of choosing fundamental parameters on the time of devising hydraulic shear expanding organ, and analyses related engineering including stress, strain and displacement of the main actuators when they are endured the maximum shear force and maximum expansion force. Thus these can be sure of their safety and validity in the process of working and can provide basis for the further design and improvement of products.
