摘要
从设计院对工厂进行设计的角度,研究了涂装生产线三维设计的可行性和具体技术方案。结合具体的项目建立了三维模型库、并在SolidWorks和3Dmax中进行了约束装配和场景搭建。完善了三维设计的相关流程,实现了对新设计生产线的快速建模,关键工艺仿真并制作了工艺动画,极大的提高了涂装生产线的三维设计效率。
The paper design point of view, from the design institute to study the feasibility of three-dimensional design of the coating production line and technical solutions. Context of the specific project created a 3D model library, and constraints in SolidWorks and 3Dmax, assembly and scene structures. Perfect three-dimensional design process to achieve a rapid modeling of the new design of production fines, key process simulation and production process animation, and greatly improves the three-dimensional design efficiency of the coating production line.
