摘要
分析了煤矿井下各种干扰源的作用机理,采用硬件和软件相结合的方法,制定了整个系统的抗干扰措施。在硬件上,电源系统采用了屏蔽和滤波的措施,过程通道采用了光电隔离的方法,印刷电路板采用了合理布置元器件以及走线的方法;在软件上,采用了冗余、容错、设立标志、滤波和软件陷阱等抗干扰措施。实践证明,上述抗干扰措施能有效地消除各种干扰,提高了控制系统的可靠性和稳定性。
Analysis of the coal mine a variety of interference source mechanism, using a combination of software and hardware method, developed the anti interference measures of whole system. In the hardware, power supply system using shielding and filtering step, process channel with using photoelectric isolation method, printed circuit boards using a rational arrangement of components and wiring method; In software, using anti interference measures such as redundancy, fault-tolerant, set up signs, filtering and software trap. Practice has proved, the anti interference measures can effectively eliminate various kinds of interference, improving control system rehabilicy and stability.
