摘要
采用了模块化设计思路,以三菱Q系列PLC为主控器件,设计了牲猪屠宰厂分割生产线自动控制系统,进行了硬件和软件设计。应用实践证明了其正确和可行。本系统极大地提高了生产效率和可靠性,减轻了工人的劳动强度。
Adopting modular design method, taking Mitsubishi Q series PLC as the main control device, an automatic control system with high quality used on pig slaughtering plant segmentation production line is developed. The hardware is configured and the software is designed. The practice proves the correctness and feasibility. The complete system can greatly improve production efficiency, increase the system＇s reliability and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
