摘要
机械加工过程中,同一工件有不同的加工工艺路线,但在多种路线中存在一条最优工艺路线,能耗最低或材耗最少或排放最小。而计算分析过程中能耗、材耗及排放的量化一直是个难题,论文提出以加工要素为量化基准,研究了基于加工要素的切削工艺路线优化方法,并通过简单实例对该方法进行了应用说明。
The same workpiece have several different processing technologies in mechanical processing, but there has a most optimized process route, which consumes the least energy or material, or products the least waste. The valuation of energy, material and waste is always a problem. This paper puts forward a valuation reference based on machining elements, and studies optimization method of cutting processing. At last, it applies in a simple case-gear machining.
