摘要
基于成组技术的车间设备线性布置研究,在综合考虑生产需求、工艺特征的条件下,以车间物流最小为目标,建立了设备布置的优化模型,设计了相应的遗传算法,并以一实例验证了模型和算法的可靠性。
The linear layout of workshop equipment based on group technology is developed in this paper. In order to search a minimum workshop logistics point, an optimization model of equipment layout and the appropriate genetic algorithm is established with taking all factors into consideration, including the production requirements and technological characteristics etc.The reliability of the above stated model and algorithm is verified by living example.
