摘要
介绍多台联动液压轴线平车在大节段钢箱梁陆上转移施工中的应用。针对大节段钢箱梁超大、超重的特点,通过优化施工方案,在有效控制施工成本的前提下,解决了多台联动液压轴线平车承载能力和行进控制问题。工程实践证明:该技术相对于大型门式起重机、轨道平车等技术方案具有经济、灵活、安全、高效等特点,适用于各类超大、超重钢箱梁节段的陆上转移施工。
It introduced the application of several linkage hydraulic axis transporters to transfer large steel box girder segments on land. Due to the super large and super weight characteristics of the large steel box girder segments, through optimizing the construction plan and effective control of construction cost in the premise, many sets of several linkage hydraulic axis transporters carrying capacity and marching control problem are solved. Construction of the project proves that compared to technology of using large-scale gantry crane or rail transporter, this technology has the characteristics of economic, flexible, safe and high efficiency, etc. Therefore, it applies to transfer all kinds of super large and super weight steel box girder segments on land.
