针刺配合刺络放血治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation on Acupuncture plus Blood-letting Puncture for Post-stroke Deglutition Disorders

目的观察针刺配合刺络放血治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法将108例脑卒中后吞咽困难患者按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组78例和对照组30例。治疗组采用针刺配合刺络放血治疗,对照组采用单纯针刺治疗,分别对两组患者疗效进行评价。结果治疗组总有效率为83.3%,对照组为70.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后洼田饮水试验评分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合刺络放血是一种治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的有效方法。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus blood-letting puncture in treating post-stroke deglutition disorders.Method A total of 108 patients with post-stroke deglutition disorders were randomized into a treatment group（n=78） and a control group（n=30） according to the visiting sequence.The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture plus blood-letting puncture,and the control group was by acupuncture alone.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated respectively.Result The total effective rate was 83.3% in the treatment group versus 70.0% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the treatment group was significantly different from the control group in comparing the water drinking test score（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture plus blood-letting puncture is an effective method in treating post-stroke deglutition disorders.
