梅花针叩刺治疗紧张型头痛疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation on Plum-blossom-needle Tapping for Tension Headache

目的观察梅花针叩刺治疗紧张型头痛的临床疗效。方法将60例紧张型头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用梅花针叩刺治疗,对照组采用药物治疗。两组连续治疗3星期后评价疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为86.7%,对照组为63.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后疼痛程度评分、头痛持续时间计分及发作频率与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后疼痛程度评分、头痛持续时间计分及发作频率与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论梅花针叩刺是一种治疗紧张型头痛的有效方法。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of plum-blossom-needle tapping in treating tension headache.Method Sixty patients with tension headache were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,30 in each.The treatment group was intervened by tapping with plum-blossom needle,and the control group was by medication.The therapeutic effects were evaluated after 3-week successive treatment.Result The total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group versus 63.3% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The intra-group comparison of pain rating score,pain duration and frequency showed marked differences in both groups before and after treatment（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.After treatment,the pain rating score,pain duration and frequency in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Plum-blossom-needle tapping is effective in treating tension headache.
