摘要
目的比较动态针刺与常规针刺治疗急性期肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法将120例急性期肩关节周围炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组采用动态针刺治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗,治疗3个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为100.0%,对照组为96.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论动态针刺是一种治疗急性期肩关节周围炎的有效方法。
Objective To compare the clinical effects between dynamic acupuncture and conventional acupuncture in treating periarthritis of shoulder in acute stage.Methods A total of 120 patients with acute periarthritis of shoulder were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,60 in each.The treatment group was intervened by dynamic acupuncture and the control group was by conventional acupuncture.The therapeutic effects were evaluated after 3 treatment courses.Result The total effective rate was 100.0% in the treatment group versus 96.7% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Dynamic acupuncture is an effective approach in treating periarthritis of shoulder in acute stage.
