摘要
目的观察刮痧治疗腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法采用简单随机法将132例符合纳入标准的腰肌劳损患者分为治疗组67例和对照组65例。治疗组采用刮痧治疗,对照组采用走罐治疗。疗程结束后比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为73.1%和94.0%,对照组分别为55.4%和83.1%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论刮痧是一种治疗腰肌劳损的有效方法。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of scraping in treating lumbar muscle strain.Method A total of 132 eligible subjects with lumbar muscle strain were divided into a treatment group of 67 cases and a control group of 65 cases by simple random method.The treatment group was managed by scraping,and the control group was by moving cupping.The clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups after treatment.Result The recovery rate and total effective rate were 73.1% and 94.0% respectively in the treatment group,versus 55.4% and 83.1% in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Scraping is an effective method in treating lumbar muscle strain.
