短时间飞行训练飞行员脑血流动力学的研究 被引量:2

摘要 在生理状态下,机体本身具有主动调节脑血流动力的功能.脑血流变化受低气压缺氧、镁离子、咖啡因、热应激、激素水平等诸多因素的影响[1-5]。正加速度飞行应激可削弱飞行员的脑自主调节,甚至出现意识丧失,危及飞行员的生命[6-7]。研究高性能战斗机飞行员飞行时一过性生理变化机制已成为航空医学的重点课题之一[8-9]。
