Research Progress of miRNA in Nasopharyngeal Cancer

摘要 微RNAs(miRNAs)是在真核生物中发现的一类内源性的具有调控功能的非编码RNA,其大小长约20~25个核苷酸。miRNA与各种疾病的病理相关联,包括癌症,如鼻咽癌。近年来研究表明miRNA在鼻咽癌发生发展和治疗中起一定作用。全文对近年来miRNA在鼻咽癌中的研究进展作一分析。
