计算机辅助技术在人工全膝关节置换术中的应用进展

摘要 人工全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)代表了20世纪骨科手术领域的最重要进步,甚至可以看作是现代医学最具革命性的发展之一。与其他治疗手段相比,它可以迅速而有效地改善患者的生活质量。据估计,英国人口中有20%在60岁以上,并且至少2%的人有明显的膝关节症状而需行膝关节置换术^[1]。而在美国行初次TKA的需求会在未来20年中增长将近7倍,达到将近350万人次^[2]。
