摘要 异柠檬酸脱氢酶l(isocitrate dehydrogenase 1,IDH1)基因突变发生在肿瘤早期,研究发现:IDH1基因与胶质瘤的诊断、鉴别诊断及预后判断等密切相关。本文就IDH1基因突变与胶质瘤的关系作一综述。
