针对中小企业融资难的问题,分析了中小企业融资难原因及中小企业融资难所产生的影响,提出了增强中小企业内源融资能力、加强中小企业信用制度建设、为中小金融机构的发展提供政策扶持等建议,为缓解中小企业融资难的问题提供一些思路和方法。

In view of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, an analysis was made of the cause and impact of them. Countermeasures were then put forward in improving the ability of small and medium-sized enterprises in internal financing, strengthening the construction of their credit system, and offering policy support for the development of small and medium-sized financial institutions. Results provide some ideas and methods for easing the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises.
