从GDP到3G-GDP:国民经济核算的新视角

A new perspective of national economy accounting:from GDP to 3G-GDP

以GDP为核心的国民经济核算体系为衡量社会经济发展提供了一个较为综合的尺度,但是从国民福利角度来看,却存在不可克服的缺陷。3G-GDP概念可以弥补这些缺陷,成为衡量社会经济发展的新指标。针对GDP价值指标的缺陷,探讨了3G-GDP的指标构成和核算模型,提出了以3G-GDP为核心的国民经济核算新视角。

The national economy accounting system with the core of GDP offers a relatively comprehen-sive scale in evaluating the social-economic development. However, in light of national welfare, it expos-es its hard-to-crack deficiencies. The 3G-GDP that can overcome these deficiencies becomes the new index for evaluating social-economical development. In view of the deficiencies of GDP value index, dis2 cussions were made of the index components and the accounting model of the 3G-GDP. A new perspec-tive of 3G-GDP-oriented national economy accounting was put forward.
