摘要
针对资源型城市女大学生就业问题,结合阜新市女大学生就业的基本情况,分析了女大学生就业期望值过高、缺乏实际技能与经验等个人就业意愿和技能与劳动力市场机会及需求不匹配的普适性障碍,分析了由自身性别原因带来的个性障碍,提出了转变就业观念、降低心理预期、制定正确的职业生涯规划、加强就业指导、学校和企业共同建立带薪实习机制、注重提高自身素质等建议。
In view of female graduates' employment of resource-based cities and the basic employment situation of Fuxin female graduates, analyses were made of the universal obstacles in too high expecta-tions of employment among female graduates, inadequacy in practical skills and experience, mismatch between individual intention as well as skills and the opportunities as well as demands of labor mar-kets. In addition, analyses were made of the personality disorder of sex and self quality caused by indi-vidual gender problems. Countermeasures were put forward at last for students to change the employ- ment concept, lower expectations, make correct career plans, improve their own quality, and for universi-ties to improve employment guidance, jointly establish paid internship mechanism with enterprises, and so on.
