摘要
本文主要围绕高硫铝土矿生产冶金级氧化铝的工业探索和实践过程,着重阐述了采用优化浮选脱硫技术和拜耳法溶出浆液氧化脱铁技术相结合的生产控制模式,可保障产品氧化铝中的杂质铁含量达到一级冶金氧化铝质量标准要求,旨在为高硫铝土矿资源的开发应用提供指导方向。
Based on the industrial exploration and practice of producing metallurgical grade alumina from high sulfur bauxite, this paper mainly illustrates that the contents of impurity iron in alumina products should be controlled to the first grade metallurgical alumina standard by optimized floatation desulfuration technology and deferrization technology by Bayer process oxidation digestion slurry, with its aim as to give some revelation and instruction for the further research and practice on high sulfur bauxite~ development and application.
