摘要
本文针对低温拜耳法赤泥颗粒细、水澄清慢、无法单独筑坝的难题,结合烧结法与拜耳法赤泥的特点,经过大量的室内试验研究,得出可采用两种赤泥按照一定比例混合,再经压滤脱水,最后分层碾压,实现利用两种赤泥的干式筑坝。解决了尾矿回水难以利用及坝体稳定性差、尾矿库利用率低等问题,保证了企业正常生产。
As the red mud from low temperature Bayer process was fine grain and slow water clarification, the red mud was unable to embank. Combining with the characteristics of red mud from Bayer process and Sintering process, the dry - heaping embankment technology of two kinds of red mud mixed was studied, which two kinds of red mud were mixed with a certain percentage, then dehydrated by the filter press, finally roiled in layers, after a number of laboratory tests. This technology could solve the problems such as unable utilization of return water from tailings pond, poor stability dam and low utiliza- tion rate of the railings pond capacity, etc, and ensure the enterprise to normally operate.
