摘要
通过对三层液精铝槽湿法焙烧启动与干法焙烧启动两种方法的比较分析,根据我公司的实际条件,首先采用电炉烘去精铝槽槽衬中的水分,再使用石墨电极与石墨垛相结合作为发热源熔化电解质混合料,成功的实践了新系列三层液精铝槽干法焙烧启动新工艺,为新系列三层液精铝槽启动提供一种新思路。
According to the actual conditions, a dry baking and start -up method is successfully practiced after comparing and analyzing of the dry baking and start - up method and the wet baking and start - up method for three - layer liquid refined aluminium pots, which the electric furnace is used to bake the water in the lining of the refined aluminium pots and then heat source which is combined graphite electrode with graphite stack is used to melt electrolyte mixture.
