摘要
目的调查评价凤翔县碘乏病健康教育成果,探索碘缺乏病健康教育方法。方法在全县随机抽取5个乡镇,每个乡镇抽取1个村及村小学开展碘缺乏病健康教育,并对学生和家庭主妇健康教育效果进行评价。结果小学生和家庭主妇碘缺乏病知识知晓率干预前后差异有明显的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论凤翔县碘缺乏病健康教育效果明显,学生—家长—知识行为改变为主要模式,干预方式既要大众化,又要有针对性。
: Objective To investigate result of health education of iodine deficiency disorders (IDD) in Fengxiang County and probe into method of its health education. Methods Five towns across the whole county were randomly sampled. To be specific, one village with its primary school was drawn at random to perform health education of IDD. Then, health education effect on the students and their housewives were evaluated. Results The schoolchildren and housewives showed a remarkable difference before and after intervention in awareness rate of IDD knowledge, with obvious statistical significance (P〈0.01). Conclusion Health education for IDD in Fengxiang County has an obvious effect. Student--parent--knowledge behaviour becomes the major mode. So, intervention method shall be popular and well-targeted.
