社会化媒体商业预测价值研究——基于电影票房数据的分析 被引量:7

摘要 互联网的迅猛发展催生了社区论坛、SNS社区、微博等社会化媒体,社会化媒体积累了大量的用户,已经逐步凸显其商业价值。本文依据电影观众在新浪微博、时光网以及豆瓣网等社会化媒体平台上的活跃度数据与预期票房数据,分析其相关关系,并将预期票房与真实票房数据进行对比,探索社会化媒体预测的精准性,验证社会化媒体在市场趋势预测方面的商业价值,最后提出相关营销启示。
