儿童罕见颅底骨巨细胞瘤一例并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 骨巨细胞瘤（giantcelltumors）是较常见的原发性骨肿瘤之一，好发于20～40岁成人，骨巨细胞瘤是一种具有潜在恶性的溶骨性肿瘤，多发生于长骨的干骺端，其中不到1％的骨巨细胞瘤原发于颅骨，在儿童发病，更是罕见。2011年7月，北京天坛医院小儿神经外科收治1例骨巨细胞瘤患者，现结合文献复习如下。
