颅内血管外皮细胞瘤一例报告及文献复习 被引量：6

摘要 血管外皮细胞瘤（hemangjopericytoma，HPC）又名血管周细胞瘤，是一种不常见的软组织恶性肿瘤，多发生于身体各部位软组织中，以肺、骨骼最多见，其次可见于肾、肝脏和皮肤，很少发生于中枢神经系统，颅内HPC占颅内肿瘤不到0．5％。HPC可以复发，并且可以远处转移，颅外最常见转移至骨、肝、肺，也有报道转移至肾上腺、肾、乳腺等多发转移。
