Study on the Cost Audit of Electronic Medical Records of 65855 Patients Discharged from the Hospital

目的分析出院结算电子病历费用审核工作特点和影响因素,提出改进措施,提高审核工作效率与质量。方法收集某三级甲等医院2010年8月—2011年7月65 855例出院结算电子病历费用的审核信息,采用Excel 2007软件和SPSS 13.0软件进行数据统计分析。结果费用审核工作量在时间上分布不均匀,费别、病区、申请时间和结算金额等因素均影响审核工作效率。结论电子病历费用审核系统优点突出。通过加强学习培训、实行分组审核和建立弹性时间、弹性岗位工作制等措施,可以进一步提高审核工作效率和质量。

Objective To analyzed the characteristics and influence factors of cost audit work of electronic medical record discharged from hospital. To provide measures for making the work better, so as to enhance the effi- ciency and quality of audit work. Methods Collecting the expense information of electronic medical record from 65855 cases in a class 3 - A military hospital from 2010 August to 2011 July. The software of Excel 2007 and SPSS 13 were used for data statistics. Results Cost audit workload atthe time of the distribution was not uniform. There were many factors affecting the efficiency of medical record audit work, such as fee kind, ward, application time, charging cost and so on. Conclusion The system of electronic medical record audit had remarkable advantages. Some measures could be used to further improve the efficiency and quality of audit work, such as strengthening the training, executing audit in groups, establishing elastic time and elastic work system, etc.
