The feasibilities was analyzed that landscape convalescent service was managed by socialization in the military sanatorium from three aspects as recuperators, sanatorium and the marketing regulations. It was rec- ommended that socialization of landscape convalescent service can meet the increasing demands of recuperators and promote the development of military sanatorium under present market conditions; also the market is mature and can be satisfied with the demands of the military sanatorium.
