我国儿科医疗服务状况分析

Analysis on healthcare service for children in China

国内儿科医疗服务体系为改善儿童健康水平做出了很大贡献,但是近年来也逐渐暴露出儿科就医难的问题。本研究使用量化研究的方法,认识和理解儿科医疗服务供给体系存在的问题。本研究发现,儿科医疗服务资源的发展落后于医疗服务资源的总体水平,儿科医师流失。同时,儿科医疗资源的配置水平和相对发展速度存在地区差异,西部各省儿科资源配置水平较低,相对发展速度较低。因此,政府应该采取差异化政策,通过政府投入带动儿科医疗服务的发展。

Chihtren heahheare providers contribute to improvement of chihren＇ health greatly. However, more and more opinions expressed that healtheare resource for children is seareity. The objetive of this study is to understand children heahheare serviee system quantifiably. The findings are： Development of children healtheare resoures is lower than that of general healtheare resource： Lots of pediatricians quit their jobs; Alloeation and develnpment of children healthcare resouree are unfair nationwide. There are scarcer resource and lower growing trend in west regions. This study suggests that differentiation strategies and policies should be input into improve children healthcare in vulnerable regions.
