湖北医药学院充分发挥高校优势,通过开展住院医师规范化培训工作,形成了一整套比较完善的住院医师培训制度。制定模式方案,保证了住院医师培训质量,取得了良好的培训效益,对培养高素质的临床医师起到了重要作用。同时,回顾高等医学院校住院医师规范化培训模式实践,总结在培训管理过程中取得的经验,对其中发现的问题进行探讨,提出解决问题的办法。

Supported by the superiorities of the university and by developing resident standard training, Hubei medical university has formed a perfect system on the resident standard training. Proper training mode assured training quality, gained good effectiveness and played an important role.on improving clinical physician＇s quality. Problems and experiences of resident physician training have been reviewed and summarized and countermeasures have been presented.
