摘要
研究型医院是一种医院类型,出成果之前就是研究型医院。创建初期有一个竞争性的预备阶段,而后选拔佼佼者列入政府创建规划。靠医疗型医院的编制,不可能创建研究型医院。研究型医院要有突出的科研成果,但首先是医院,医疗服务患者,科研服务医疗,不能走偏方向。要重视高新技术向适宜技术转化的研究,为医改服务。创建研究型医院,好比是构建现代医疗体系的航天之旅,心地要纯,才能进入医学的圣殿。
Research oriented hospital is a type of hospital.Before it has got some achieves,it is still a research oriented hospital.Before formally schematiye into government planning,it should experience a competition period.Under current clinical service oriented hospital development path,the research oriented hospital can not be created.Research oriented hospital do needs outstanding research achievements,but it is a hospital first.Research work can serve for clinical work and clinical work can serve for patient.It is necessary to highlight on transferring the top technology to suitable technology to serve for health system reform.Only when there is no utility thoughts,research oriented hospital could be created.
