床边导入式电子护理记录系统在优质护理工作中的设计与应用

Design and clinic application of bedside electronic system of nursing record in high-quality nursing work

目的:设计并验证简捷、高效的床边导入式电子护理记录系统,提升优质护理服务。方法:设计模块化、导入式的电子护理记录系统,以移动护士工作站为载体,将其应用于优质护理服务示范病房,验证本系统在优质护理工作中的积极作用。结果:本电子护理记录系统能够缩短护士护理书写时间,提高护理文书质量和患者健康教育知晓率。结论:本研究设计的电子护理记录系统高效、准确,适合临床推广使用。

Objectives： To design and validate a simple and efficient electronic nursing record system.Methods： With the mobile nursing station as a carrier for bedside use,design a modular and leading-in electronic nursing record system and implement it in the high-quality nursing service wards,to verity the favorable effect it implies in the high-quality nursing work.Results： Through the application of the pilot ward,It has been confirmed that this record system enables nurses to shorten writing time and improve the quality of nursing record and patients’ awareness of health education.Conclusions： The electronic nursing record system designed by this study is efficient and accurate,thus worth of promotion for clinical use.
