Chemical Constituents of Pileostegia viburnoides var.glabrescens

目的:研究柔毛冠盖藤的化学成分。方法:用溶剂萃取、硅胶色谱、重结晶等方法分离纯化,通过其理化性质、1H-NMR和13C-NMR等确定化合物的结构。结果:分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:木栓酮(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、伞形花内酯(3)、胡萝卜苷(4)、茵芋苷(5)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Objective ：To study the chemical constituents of Pileostegia viburnoides var. glabrescens. Methods：The compounds were isolated and purified by various techniques. Their structures were determined by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Re-suits ： Five compounds were isolated and identified as friedelin （ 1 ） β-sitosterol （ 2 ） , umbelliferone （ 3 ） , daucosterol （ 4 ） and skimmin （5）. Conclusion：All the compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time.
