单人提拉牵引复位治疗伸直型儿童肱骨髁上骨折

Reduction of Extension-type Supracondylar Humerus Fractures in Children by Single Manipulation of Pulling and Countertraction

目的:介绍伸直型儿童肱骨髁上骨折单人提拉牵引复位操作方法,并报道其临床应用效果。方法:使用单人提拉牵引复位法对12例伸直型肱骨髁上骨折儿童进行手法复位后予以屈肘石膏托外固定。结果:2例患者使用本法复位失败,其余10例患者一次复位成功,骨折对位对线基本恢复,随访功能、外观恢复良好。结论:提拉牵引复位法是一种简单快捷有效的单人操作儿童肱骨髁上骨折复位方法。

Objective：To introduce and report the clinical effect of resetting extension-type supracondylar humerus fractures in children by single person of pulling and counter-traction. Methods：Twelve cases of extension-type supracondylar humerus fractures in children were reduced by single operating of pulling and counter-traction, and then fixated with plaster. Resuits：Two cases were failed by using this reduction method, but other 10 cases were successfully reduced with one attempt. The alignment of bone was basically recovery, and the function and the limb appearance were recovery well too in followup. Conclusion.. Reduction by single operating of pulling and counter-traction is simple and effective for treating extensiontype supracondylar humerus fractures in children.
