由无直接利害关系的社会多元主体参与并演绎的非直接利益冲突式集群行为现象,在某种程度上表征我国转型时期的集群行为由孤寂的蛰伏走向活跃的频发。此种现象之所以存在和频发,核心是直接关涉人的权利、价值与尊严问题。尤其是冲突境遇下,具虚无性的社会准群体与虚拟性的网络群极化人群,致成社会的双重"虚无"状态,引起公众的焦虑和躁动,增加新的社会和政治风险因素。因而,要真正秉承以人为本、执政为民的理念,从人的主体性上去探求,更加关注人的现实生存状态,从而使社会准群体由虚无转身现实。
