以舾装件在集配中心的管理问题为研究对象,对舾装件以托盘的形式在集配中心的管理进行了研究。在阐述船体的建造过程和集配中心特点的基础之上,提出了托盘集配计划,分析了集配中心对舾装件的管理流程,完善集配中心对舾装件的管理。

The researching object of the study is the management issue of outfitting in the distribution center. It researches how to manage the outfitting based on pallet in the distribution center. Based on the analysis of char- acters of the construction process of collecting and distributing center of the hull, the collecting and distributing plan of pallet are put forward, and analyzed the management flow of outfitting in the collecting and distributing center , accelerates to manage the outfitting in the center.
